The system consists of a measurement head equipped with a thermal imaging camera along with a forcing source and a control unit.

ROHACRYL™ SW is a closed-cell foam with a fine, homogeneous cell structure that is free of harmful CFC’s content. The small cell size makes it possible to keep resin absorption at the surface of the foam core to a strict minimum. This novel rigid foam product is ideal for lightweight sandwich construction in a wide variety of applications in industries like wind energy, sports and leisure equipment, marine and sub-sea, as well as automotive and industrial markets. ROHACRYL™ SW core is easy to thermoform and can be machined using standard CNC equipment.

We will present the process of creating the world's first recreational boat in the up to 6-meter class with hydrogen propulsion. The project is a result of collaboration between three companies: CS Kompozyty Sp. z o.o., mPower Sp. z o.o., and Multichem Sp. z o.o. Thanks to the combination of knowledge and experience, we have managed to create a boat that is a true gem of ecological engineering.

Starting from the design phase, through engineering challenges, all the way to advanced production techniques, we would like to share the stages of this inspiring journey towards ecological innovation that is redefining industry standards.

In the production of the boat, we utilized the latest generation zero-emission propulsion system developed by mPower, which, by reducing emissions and noise, contributes to cleaner and quieter waters. Our recreational boat is not only a technological achievement but also an expression of attention to detail. During the production process, we used styrene-free composite materials and low VOC paints. This combination guarantees both a beautiful appearance and a reduction in the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
